Locked the number without any any reason

Dear,

This is make you aware that I was using a connection with airtel (moblie No: 9956420786) (sim no: 8991540909075534371) but last month (5 or 6 feb) they blocked my services without intimating me and without any reason. On asking to their store they said my number get got withdrawn from server &saying that they dont know why it get withdrawn. Also they are saying they cant help me.
