Deduction of balance

13sir my name is Rahul Kumar and my problem is that, there is daily deduction of balance from my mobile no.9971109912. I have complaint to the custmer care of airtel many times and the request reference number was ROVAD50914791619 and ROVAD50926213794 but there is no solution of my problem. I am very sad by the behavior of custmer care. My deduction of balance is 5 rs per day which is continue till now and there was also 80 rs deduction one time. Sir, what should I do? Please help me.
