Airtel prepaid mobile line
Forcely endorse hallo tune, deduct INR7.00

My Airtel Mobile # 9894238316 using last 3 months in Pondicherry. Unwanted ad, promotional distrubance too much. We request for DND so that by 45 days these will stop. Certainly they charged Rs 7.00 and put one hallow tune in Tamil Language, then we are sending sms please stop hallow tune to 121 (customer care), but they are sending sms the same we sent them to all my contact numbers.

Is it right thing they (Airtel) are doing?

Our sms -Please stop hallow tune. Do not start charging without customer acceptance.

This sms sending to all my contacts. Who authorise them to do this thing??

Please tell them to stop Hallow tune immidiately and stop sending sms to my contacts.

We can not get right service from Airtel? Are they authorise to collect all my contacts and send sms on my behalf?

Kindly help us and take necessary action.
