Poor service!

Hi this is to inform you that airtel customer care staff is highly irresponsible, including executives to managers. For once you can get rid of the worst but making these customer care people work is one big task. I had put my request 13846100 dated 8th september in customer care to discontinue my mobile number. Till now that is 13th September it has not got discontinued and I have been calling up executives to managers time and again and telling the whole story again and again. These people are not understanding hindi/english/punjabi. The customer care department should be sued for not responding to complaints in appropriate manner and addressing the needs of the customers. To hell with Airtel!!!
