Airtel Prepaid Mobile Number
Wrong Balance

Dear Sir,

I got recharges my airtel prepaid mobile no 919958123439 from a shop for Rs 299/- and I got only Rs. 1/- .The recharge was done on 22.08.2011 at 09:54 pm and trans id is 501362092.I got an SMS the same afternon "recharge with 299/- and get full talktime. Offer valid for 30 days". Henceforth I recharged it for Rs 299/-. It happend with me twice, is this the policy of airtel to cheat their customers if yes should is switch to any other network and leave airtel. I belive that you will revert on this issue on very urgent basis, and will return balance into my mobile number

Kindly refund my amount back or I shall report the matter to senior authority.
