Alance cuts from main a/c

Hi, I am using internet services from mobile no. 9680122391 for Rs. 95 per month. In this recharge, I got 2000 mb internet usage account. But sometimes they charge the usage bill from main account balance rather than my internet usage account. Now if they charge in such manner, what is the significance of my recharge. The customer care people are also very irresponsible and they talk very rudely. Rather than solving the issue, they ask a no. of questions. The services are very poor & no redressal.
