Subscription of service with out any request and deduct of amount

Dear sir,

On 07 Mar there came a message for me from AD - 54321 Saying "Thanks for downloading Java games from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 30." The balance also was actually detected.

And i was shocked because i haven't downloaded any such Java game. Then i got another message from 56363 " Thanks for downloading the Cricket Pack. Below is your free download url. then 3rd message from AD-54321 for subscription of cricket pack @ Rs.3/- per day. Then i tried to contact costumer care to make a complaint. bur could not conected the customer care. So i went to kakinada customer care branch where they asked me to make a complaint on 125 on their service phone. Then i made a complaint to Airtel. I stated that i wanted to stop these services and also wanted my debited amount. They lodged it as a client. they told me that we got the service request from you to start the service.where as i didn't asked for the service. they told me to stop the service but cant refund the amount. When i asked the reference No of complaint they said that you will get a message on your mobile after this call.you will get the details. I did not got any message. Neither i am able to contact the customer care.
