Airtel prepaid mobile service
Deduction of account balance without my assent for internet service

I have been using Rs 98 monthly plan for mobile internet of airtel for which every month i recharge it as per my requirement. However the airtel has deducted Rs. 25/- from account and charged my mobile service for three days without my request. On consulting the customer care of the company, i was told that it is recharged at 0118 am on 01 Oct 10 on my request which is totally false and embarrassing as at that point of time my mobile was switched off and i was sleeping. There is no other person who uses my mobile other than me. i have asked the company to return the money which they are not doing.
