UNWANTED DEDUCTION OF BALANCE

After repeated deductions I got DND activated on 13/03.But again BOLLYOODFISSION & BIKINIALERT was activated by Airtel Live. On 25 Mar I had toped up with Rs 87 /-. But on 27/03 I found the balance is only Rs 37 /-.Today The Customer Care Representative is telling that I have activated the above services on 25/03 and 26/03.They are not able to tell the time of activation request from me. May I get the money back or I can take proceed to get justice against this fraud.
