Charging for unsolicited advice

I received a call on March 31, from 919893047450. The person introduced himself as Airtel customer care executive and said that I am being selected by AirTel to avail hellotune of my choice for one year free of cost. As soon as I selected a hello tune I received a SMS say ing that Rs. 200/= is deducted from my accoun balance for one year. Not only that another RS.15/= was charged for changing hello tune and again another Rs. 5/= was charged for changing hellotune while I have not changed any thing.
