Balance deduction without any reason

My name is Chiranjib Paul, Mobile no. 9831250860

Today at 6pm I received one SMS that I have activiated Rupankar details in my mobile for Rs.10. They have deducted Rs.10 from my balance. I didnot activated anything in my mobile. On the other hand when I talked with customer care they are unable to say how it has been activiated. They disconnected the line after keeping it on HOLD.My balance also deducted Rs.1.0.

I want my money back. Pl.deactivate this rupankar facility.

I am keeping this number for last 10 years almost. This type of problem I faced earlier. Pl. refund my money immediately and stop this type sending SMS.

I will complain to higher management if this is not done immediately. I will also complainto my office where I will ask them to necessary action on Corporate facility.
