Outgoing service not available to make call.

Dear sir,

I am Ulhas dangat, my mobile no is 9898177289

when i make call IVR say rechage your a/c, but i have bal of Rs-30/Rs-40

lots of time i am facing this problem...

When I called customer care & they pick up the call, but automatically disconnect the call...

I am using this number for last 6-7 years.my mobile No. is not working write know.please do the needfull.and mail me. dsachin43@yahoo.com.
