Echarge for full talk time for Rs249

I had recharged at

Maxtel, airtel-dealer at chandralayout after paying cash of Rs 249/- around 04:00pm, 23/05,

Brought to the notice of both dealer and airtel-customer-care.

Got assurances from daksha and adil of airtel customer care over phone, when contacted on 121.

but I've not received the credit till Today is 28/05

my mobile no. is 9945325069 & complaint no. is CWRCL 20524 / 599234

Please look into the matter
