Airtel prepaid connection not yet started still

Dear sir/ Ma'm

I had taken a new airtel prepaid number in the month of Dec, it was working for two - three days and then all my outgoing and incoming facilities were blocked. As per the request from customer care i had re-submited the documents again, one week back, but still the service has not yet started still. Let me know where the problem has stuck up.
