Airtel Prepaid Service
Jokes SMS Pack Activation without consent

My brother Shaival Chatterjee has an Airtel Prepaid Mobile Connection No. being 9589027112.We got it recharged with Rs.25, but to our surprise the balance started decresing without our knowledge everyday.

Upon calling to the Cust Care on 15.01. they told us that a Joke SMS Service charging Re.1.00/SMS/day has been activated on 28.12.2009 by us which is entirely false.

It is the 4th time we have faced this sort of a problem with Airtel Prepaid in which they have activated a Service without our knowledge & consent & are blaming us insted for this.

Please help us in this matter.
