Unnecessary subscriptions from AIRTEL Live

After I recharge my Airtel Account Balance I receive messages saying "you have been renewed comics portal subscriptions and charged Rs3" and many more. They charge money and I have negative balance. I contacted customer care and one of them said that I had many subscriptions. She said that she would deactivate all the subcriptions and till 4 hours I would receive SMS saying that your "******" has been unsubscribed. But after sometime I received SMS that your "*******" subscription has been renewed and you have been charged RsX. This continues whenever I recharge my Account Balance. How can I stop this? I think I will discard the sim.
