Unnecessary Services Activation

Dear Sir/Madam,

From past few days there is unnecessary balance cut from my account daily... i haven't subscribed to any services provided by Airtel. There is a deduction of Rs 2 from my account daily. I am not able to talk to the customer care people.

Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.
