Airtel Prepaid Service
Want to stop airtel news subscription service

Hi,

My name is Sanjeev Kamal and i have been regular customer of airtel prepaid service. But from about 3 weeks in the interval of 5 or 6 days, i have been getting message like "You have been renewed for news subscription service from airtel" and Rs.3 deducted from my balance. Regarding this I called to airtel customer service but i didn't get positive response and service is not stopped. I want to stop this service imediately but don't know how to do.
