Inefficient customer care service

Hi

I am Kumar Kunal i have Airtel prepaid service my number is 8967119342. I got Blackberry handset and i need to activate blackberry enterprises service on my handset but every time i called customer care service they put me on hold for 7-8 min and after that call were being disconnected. Even though you charge for customer care services, your service is so abysmal. I used to have very good image of Airtel but it is no any more.
