Wrong deduction

Hello sir,

My mobile no. is 9975607600.I m using ur airtel service from last 3 years. My complaint is regarding the deduction of my balance. They have debited 40 rs. from my account balance without my concern, i called the customer care 7-8 times but ur customer care executives are not helping me they are saying that i have activated some airtel tv plan but the truth is dat i havn't activated any of ur plan nd this is not d first tym dat this thing has happened in past also ue prepaid service has done d same thing.

Your customer care service is good for nothing, if u dont want to help ur customers then why u hv opened it. I am fed of ur silly tricks to deduct the balance nd not to help ur customers.

I m soon going to change my airtel portability to some other mobile network.By that time please block me from ur any services i dont need them.

And most important thing stop cheating (harassing) ur customers.
