Airtel Prepaid service, mobile no 9972130260
Wrong deduction of rs.99/- from prepaid amount

Please note the following complaint in respect of my pre-paid mobile phone no.

9972130260.

The following message was received on 22-07 at 11:44:12 hrs.

"Thank you for downloading games frm AIRTEL LIVE WAP.You have been charged Rs.

99/-."

I had NOT downloaded any game at any time from AIRTEL LIVE WAP. I am shocked to

receive the above message and deduction of Rs.99/- from my mobile account.

I strongly object to such practice being used by a wellknown and reputed

company like AIRTEL.

I request you to sincerly look into the matter and refund Rs.99/-.

Further I request you to advise concerned persons NOT to send any unwanted

messages or advertisements on my two mobiles 9972130260 and 7760509258.
