Deducting Regularly MoneyFrom my balance without any reason and not taking complaint for mobile no: 9007215686

I, Somnath das, staying at Kolkata having mobile number 9007215686, prepaid service being suffered from AIRTEL. Following are my complaint :

1) Airtel Deducting charges from my balance illegally regularly at their own in the name of some services for which no request given from my mobile. They are falsely deducting after request also. I have several times told not to provide any service withot my written request. But several times AIRTEL repeating.

2) Presently AIRTEL deducting Rs 5/- (Rupees Five Only) Daily For the last 10 days (atleast), May be more than that, because I am noticing last 10 days. I have complaint continously three days before. But last two days even not taking any complaint to customer executive service through neither 121 NOR 198. When I am calling 121 reply is coming to call 198, when calling 198 reply is coming to call 121.

3) All the illegal deducted amount (approximately Rs1000/-) to be returned to my balance immediately otherwise compensation to be charged for this harrassment.

4) Action to be taken against the customercare executives for misbehaving and harrassment to me.
