Internet services on mobile

My no. is 9481281711.I have taken airtel internet connection on my mobile 10 days back. Still it has not been activated, Iam not able to speak to any of the customercare people. I have called several times initially somebody talks and tells that they will connect me to the team manager and the phone gets disconnected. This is ridiculous, my money is going waste. I had been to the Airtel relationship center at 6th block circle Rajajinagar, Bangalore.but there was no response from the people there, they showed no interest at all. They behaved as though it was none of their business. This is the worst response I have ever seen.
