Deducting money without information

Dear Sir/madam

I have alreay so many times talk with coustmer care about this unwanted blog poojag which is charging 10 rs for 10 days which i hv never registered, on phone they are giving some complaint id n thats all, and no action onwards. This is really disturbing, ireespensible behaviour by company like Airtel. This is happening for last 4 months in my cell everyweek,

pls look into the concern.
