Excessive charges taken for Gulf call

Mr. Rakesh Ranga,

For your attention please, I may have to take this to consumer court. because this for the 3 rd time its happening.

I called to gulf on 6 jan and spoke for 3min and 08 sec and for that 60 rupees have been deducted from my account.

This is my 3rd compliant for the same issue.

How many times do i have to compliant for regrading the same issue. Fed up. You have not resolved my excessive billing issue but telling a lie that is is resolved.

My concern have not been resolved yet.

Kindly refund the excess money deducted from my a/c.
