Airtel Prepaid SIM
Unregistration of SIM

Dear Sir/Madam

I am using Airtel Prepaid Connection bearing no 9996659633 from the last one year. It was suddenly got unregistered on 4th June 10 midnight, while i was out of station. When i contacted airtel customer care I was asked to submit my address proof again (Form number 4915257), i submitted copy of my ration card, PAN card and my photograph to the Pramod Agency near English Book Depot, Ambala Cantt. But till date it is not registered. It causing me mental harassment to me. If Airtel is not make the sim registered before 12th June 10, then i will go to Consumer Forum Ambala city.
