Vaule vouchers activation problem

I have recharged with RC789 for one year validity, and RC 120 for one pais message offer and 49 pais for local out going on 28 august but from 1st september i am charging with one rupee for both messages and out going.

And also i have made a complaint to the customer care on 3rd and also 0n 4th but there is no valid response from them.on 5th sept morning i have called to the customer care but they were just lifted and asked be online and later on they cut the connection.

How can i get the solution to my problem.
