Airtel Prepaid SIM
Not got free sms and min on recharge of 1947

Dear Team

It is very sad to write this complain. I have recharged my mobile (9997070948) by RS 1947 in august or sep in which scheme i used to get 100 sms and 100 local Airtel min every month till one year but every month i have to logged a complain regarding same and after that only i used to get these benefit but now u have made customer care no. chargeable. So for ur default y should i suffer loss.

Request u kindly credit the same in my no.9997070948

I am very upset with ur services and plz tell me the procedure to close ur no.
