Failure of working of sim

I have purchased an Airtel sim on 29/11 from Kurukshetra. It is working well and good till 10/12 but now there are no incoming and outgoing facility. A message comes upon a call that your documents are still need to be verified. I have performed that too and they ask me a time for 3 days. Its been a week but the sim was still not working.
