Airtel Prepaid SIM Card
Number deleted without informing

I had taken an airtel prepaid SIM card in the middle of January. I was told that somebody will come for the verification. Within a month the number was disconnected. I called the customer care execs and I was told that you haven't submiited all the documents but I had given each and every document that I had asked ask to submit. I had also received an sms alert on the day it was disconnected stating that your documents have not been verified and I should approach a customer center in 48 hrs. On the same day I had recharged an amount of Rs 275/-, but within 2 hrs after receiving the sms my number was disconnected.next day I approached the customer center at peninsula chambers, Lower parel - mumbai .the lazy customer execs told that your number was deleted and my money was not even returned. I was not even allowed to talk, the message was passed through a security guard in charge. I feel airtel service in mumbai is the worst of all.
