Sim blocked by airtel

A prepaid sim card of Airtel was purchsed by our friend Mr. Rajesh Kumar Jha from the dealer of Airtel after submiting all the necessary documents. Mobile no. is 9771807269. This no is activated by the company immediately.

But the company has blocked the sim on 05-07 without any information. Customer care said that Sim was blocked on the ground that documents not received by them.

How company block the sim without information?

How company activate the sim without documents? It can be missused by any person.

What about our balance in sim card?

Kindly provide the solution for this problem.
