Deactivated costumer care service

Dear sir i ankur rajput is a costumer of air tel telecom prepaid plan.. sir i m not satisfied with the services of air tel because there are various type of services activated by the air tel automaticly . which is not useful to me.. I complained about that unwanted services in the C.C center . but there is no satisfactory reply even they deactivated my costumer care service... and they charged amount according to the services . and no refund after complint.
