Deduction in prepaid balance for no reason

My Airtel number is 919591568530

Yesterday my balance was 60 odd rupees. Suddenly I wake up today to see that my balance has been reduced to a meager 15 rupees. Time and again Airtel does this and I am really annoyed with such kind of tactics from them.
