No response to my complaint

Dear Mr. Rakesh Ranga

i did not get any solution till now. Please let me know whether you will sort out my problem or i will move to consumer court against airtel? For reference please go through my earlier complaint on 19/07.

i am prem chand.

i got sms from airtel regarding airtel blog and they told me that i can hear that voice mail at free of cost by dailing *1*. they mentioned nothin g else thn this.

i did the same. then they activate the airtelblog service on my no and deduct my account. i made complaint regarding this to customer care but they disconnect the call 6 times and then they blocked the customer care helpline on my no.

this is not the first time.

before this they activate missed call alert and job alert on my no without any sending any request from my side to the airtel.

DND service is activated on my no since even thn i got promotional msg and call on my no.

many time i got sms from airtel regarding frndship to girl.

i have some of these sms in my phone.

what i can do now.

shall i move to Court.
