FALSE SALES COMMITTMENT

False Sales Committments are becoming a Practise, Especially in big Giant Telecom companieslike Airtel wherein the Agency promises Ex TAT whereas the Sales representative has his own fundas on TAT's. In our worst customer service and Sales malpractise experience the DSA owner promised the PRI Line to be delivered by Saturday evening i.e. 21st Aug'10.The Sales employee of Airtel and the agency people jointly plan and fool around ith customers thereby leading Business losses to ventures like ours.

Basis the committments received the Business proposals were presented to the client for which the said PR line was procurred. The Sale representative named Mr Suresh Airtel Employee - Mobile number - 9987249327) and the Agency owner named (Mr. Prasad yadav from vashi - Mobile no - 9819227424) delivered a very cheap example of extending TAT's by puting blames on each others shoulers till 5:00 pm monday post whcih they stopped attending their mobile phones stating an excuse of being n a meet till 6.30 pm as logic says that post 6.30pm all expectations are made open for the next day. The said PRI was to be procurred for our said Organisation (S2S IT Solutions Pvt Ltd) for which the application was signed on 19th Aug'10 with an Assurance.
