More Amount been deducted

Hi,

I activated GPRS - 98 Rs. plan. But 300 Rs. has been deducted from my balance.

I am unable to contact airtel customer care as its being disconnected all the times.

Can someone help me to raise this issue "WHY 300 BEEN DEDUCTED??? ".
