Special SMS Charges

Respected Sir,

I am using Airtel Mobile Number 8427007317 from the last 7-8 months and I have received every month bill which displayed special SMS charges by the Company. Most respectfully Sir, I have never sent any Special SMS last 7-8 months but every monthly billing I seen extra charges put in my Bill by the Airtel. Every month I have deducted amount to my Bill. But September Bill I seen Rs. 45/- extra charges for Special SMS again. I request the Customer Care but they did not deduct the amount and said to me I cannot deduct the amount of Rs. 45/-. Sir Please help me, the said company every time extra charges (special SMS Charges) which I am not sending really.
