Dear Sir,

I done online recharge of 50 Rs from my Axis Bank account on 18.03.2012. From airtel customer care a message received on my mobile that " Dear customer your recharge request is under process kinddly check your balance after some time". 50 Rs was deducted from my account my transiction Id was 42966830. I already made a complaint (complaint No. CONRC30318596636) to airtel customer care they told me provide the solution upto 21.03. but today is 22.03.2012 they did not give any response well.

please sir look into the matter and do needful
