Through Mobile Number Portability Service I have changed my service provider to Airtel. It activated on 5th March. Then I recharged from a website "rechargeitnow.com. The details are given below.

I received message that "recharge successful" but the money not yet credited.

I called to airtel customer care so many times but did not get a favorable reply. If there is no option for that the money should come back to my SB account. I got a reply from the website "rechargeitnow.com" that the money transferred to airtel and they given the transaction id i mentioned above.

After every call the airtel people were saying that within 72 hours, your problem will be solved. Three times they told like that. Then one week they told. Then they don't know. They can't check it right now. I want to know where the money is.

Why these people are cheating like this? Is it possible to get back the money.

Anyway I am planning to change to another service provider within two months. As per rules I have to continue 3 months with the changed provider.
