Mobile Number Portability from Airtel to Relaince

I want to shift my network operator from Airtel to Relaince due to lack of 3G network of Airtel in Punjab Circle. So, I sent the request message for MNP and got the porting ID AP378647 which is having expiry on 29/12. I have submitted the request for Mobile Number Portability to Relaince Office with Porting ID in Panchkula on 14th December. Till now I haven't got any update regarding the progress on MNP. If I ask Airtel, they say you need to contact Relaince. If I ask them, then say that Mobile Clearing House hasn't cleared the number yet. It has been 15 days and still no progress and all the people say that the number portability work is done in 7 days max. So whats going on here? Really Bad..
