Activation of sim

Sir/Madam,

I recently lost my airtel sim and went to Airtel Relationship Centre to get information about applying of dublicate sim. I enquired them about it and they told that 25rupees is charged for applying dublicate sim. I submitted all my proof and applied for dublicate sim. They gave the sim for that amount and said that it will be activated within 24 hours. But till now it hasen’t been activated. I got the sim on 26th may. My number is 919677009312. The contact number for contacting them back was given in the bill but that number is out of service. They gave two numbers but both numbers are out of order...
