Airtel - Rs.249 freedom post paid connection
Bill amount paid- But not yet credited

Dear Sir,

I have made the bill payment towards my Airtel postpaid (Freedom 249 Plan) connection on 24th March morning, in the below mentioned Airtel franchaise at Mangalore. But the same is not yet credited to my account and my outgoing services was disconnected on 26th March Morning.

This is the second time this kind of inconvenience happening from the service provider, eventhough I paid my bill amount time before due date. I have called up airtel customer care and inturn they informed that the issue will be solved in next Four days. Complaint number - 31572975.
