Airtel / rs 24 sms pack
Not working

This to inform that the rupees 24 sms pack that had been launched recently is not working and i have already lost 48 rupees in it

the response of customer care is very poor as the computerized responses dont direct the calls to the customer care and if seldomly it is connected, the bpo personel just disconnect the calls.

this very same problem is faced by several people in dehradun and we are planning to take this matter to consumer court as the matter has aggravated tremendously with no response from bharti airtel.

we have further decided to opt for number portability if the need arises as we have been approaching other telecom distributors regarding the services they are providing.
