Sim card is blocked

Sir i have purchased one rirtel sim card no. 9960799116, before 20 dys and i have submitted all required documents with all formalities. but after 4-5 days my sim card got blocked. When i rush to retailer named Rangoli near cummins college, karve nagar. they dindt give me good response as well as their behaivour was not in manner towards me. when i enquire in customer care service.about problem they told me that i have not submmitted my documents yet. again i rush to retailer, he was behaving in same manner. then after i re-submmitted my documents in aiertel gallary in canp to mr. rahul with all formalities. there and also by customer care executive in 121 i have been told that the sim card wiil be activated in 24 hrs.but even after 96 hrs. my sim card is not activated yet. i have called 121 servise so many time. kindly help me out because this mental traume i cant afford more.
