I have internet pack of 98 Rs. and download somekind of video and it was free but I charged for that then when i tried to know about this then I could not get a satisfactory ans.so I can not take preventive action for that thing

So I want to tell you that Please tell me full detail where I lost my Rupees to take preventive action
