CAN NOT SEND SMS FROM MY CELL NO.09970144259

SIR, I am faceing problem with my cell No.09970144259 of Airtel since 14.7.2010. I have talked with Airtel care center at Nagpur to check the problem of unable to send the message. They have tried to solove this by changeing Sim to diffrent Cell Phone but failed to send. Finally the made a complain No.0714439461 dated 16.8.2010.

But till date no solution to my problem at present I am in Bhiwadi (Rajasthan) and leaveing for Nagur on 21.8.2010.
