Egard to Government required documents

Dear Sir:

I got a airtel no:9902327524 in July. but day before yesterday I got a message saying that "as per the goverment audit agency the documents pertaining to your airtel moblie numver are found to be incorrect.please submit passport size photo address and photo ID proof with duly filled prepaid application form at your nearest post office or airtel relationship centre within 2 days"

I submited all the document on the same day I got the message. but now my phone can not making STD and ISD call...

For 4 years I used the same number and I cannt afford to lose this number, since I'm a foreigner, all my contact even from outside india know me as only this number...

so Please verify what is going on and what can I do about it.
