Suffering from toooooo much bad services

My cell no.9724669635... On the date of 8.8.10 i called do the customer for setting of GPRS on the same day i again called for that but they didn't replied, I have a motorola mobile ..I called agian on the next day regarding same matter but no one was responding executive told me that sir sell out your mobile... I Talk to the noodle officer also he was not also handling my complain properly... And till date i have not receive any call form Air tel bharti house. Ashram road ahmedabad.

Sir please its humbly request to you please look at this matter.
