We have 32 postpaid connections under CUG plan.

We are facing frequent problem in getting the bills in time and after payment not crediting the same in respective account against the mobile bills since Jan due to different bill cycle.

We have approached and Nodal Officer appointed Mr. Karthikeyan, as territory Manager to look after our queries.

Mr. Karthikeyan visited our office during Apr and promised to get the billing cycle in one cycle for all the connections and promised to send the bills in one CD.

Nothing happened till date even elapse of three months time and still we receiving peace meal bills in different ids and some bills in CDs

Whenever, we tried to reach Airtel, getting no response except acknowledgement saying that they will revert with suitable action within 48 hours.

We also requested to send all the bills to e-mail id madhu.blr@flyjac.com for making the payment in time also not yet considered.

To-day we have again contacted Mr. Karthikeyan and he in turn again promised to change the billing cycle in a month time but unfortunately it is hard to believe in view of experience received from Airtel.

In view of the above, we have decided to go for a mobile portability to idea for resolving all these outstanding issues.

Kindly forward all the updated current bills of undermentioned mobile Nos immediately in order to make the full and final settlement before switched off to idea
