Airtel sim
Sim activated but not working

Sir,

On Sunday 2/1 i have brought an airtel sim card and it is activated on 3/1 and the talktime was promised as 35 and 31/- has come but i am not able to call any number as well as customer care also and incoming calls also are not possible.

Kindly solve this problem and do the needful.
